I have a few questions and was wondering if someone could please answer them.

1. I was under the impression that wih an nVidia based motherboard i could not have an ATI card.

2. If I can I have found the card that i want. HIS HD 2600XT IceQ Turbo 512MB GDDR3 PCIe Dual DVI (830MHz Core Clock) (1860MHz Memory Clock) : his-26xtt5

This is a very good card for the price. But I had a few problems.

The Problems are.

1. I havnt seen this card anywhere else with the same specs. Everywhere esle it has got a lower memory clock and core clock but yet for the same price. Or it has DDR2 memory instead of the claimed GDDR3.

Does anyone have this card and can back it up.

2. I do not want to buy this to find out it is a different model. (As Stupid as that sounds)

And furthermore can anyone find this card cheaper than the above.

The odds of finding someone here-- that has used the exact card-- are pretty slim.

Apparently it is genuine-- BUT be sure to check the sites RMA policy before ordering anything- some are great --some are not ("restocking" fees /authorizations yada yada)

Here is a review from 3D Guru with comparisons, found thru Google.

and as far as I'm aware-- you should be able to run any card that fits

Can only add: Stay away from the HD series, if perchance you fly any of the CFS3 'Patches', it doesn't like CFS3 Period
