Exclamation [Fixed] Low Color

I recently updated a friends computer and now this morning when I turned
it on, the screen graphics are set to a low 4 bit color. The fonts and Icons are HUGE
and everything is garbled and multicolor. Its very annoying
How can I fix this?
I've tried setting the color back to 32 bit and applying..but it automatically returns back to 4 bit
Same with screen resolution.
