Default [Resolved] display prob

hi all !!! i think im posting this in the right place.

my friend has a strange problem when ever he clicks on the bt broadband icon in desktop the display res goes to the lowest and ends up with huge icons but when he clicks on everything else its ok stays at normal res, i have my suspicions that its the bt software that he installed can anybody verify my suspicions or have any other answers that it might be pls??

Hey Horty,

This may seem like a silly question, but he hasn't set compatibility mode on that broadband icon has he? Right click on the broadband icon, and go to Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab and nothing should be ticked. I suspect he at least has the "Run in 640x480 screen resolution" ticked.
