Default Graphics card troubles, unreal 3

Ok for the first few times unreal ran fine with these settings

4 texture detail

3 world

1024x768 resi

But now i load up the game and i can play perhaps one map, if im lucky 2 ,3 ,4, but about 60% of the time just before the map finishes loading, the game either

A) Freezes on loading screen and the little U stops spinning this has no side effects as i end process.

ORRRR

B) Crashes and my monitors light goes orange, and i push on/off on my monitor and it says no video input.

ORRRR

C) The monitor flashes black, to light black

And after C happens, just look at these screenshots for the effects

1) The little cube on ati tool does not render HERE

2)Pc mark test runs the test, and i even get an FPS score! at my usual score which is 1600 fps, but visually i see nothing on screen, theres no little balls bouncing around. HERE

3) The nvidia controll pannel is Messed up! HERE

Also these happend on the latest nvidia drivers, the 1xx.xx version, i am currently using the 93.71's they run other games fine at better fps than the 1xx.xx versions.

(Urban terror, Counter strike source, COD4 MW)

Update: Ok i just run urban terror which is OPENGL, it seems open gl runs fine its just Direct 3d thats screwed up!

Thanks jelly bean ill try the 169.44 drivers to reinstall the control panel and see if they do anygood.

I tried omega 169.21 drivers, i will never use them worthless trash of drivers again, my monitor flickerd black every 10 seconds and after 5 minutes my pc just turned off.

Lol i have no drivers installed and its so wierd, i scroll down in my browser and you can see every frame refresh itself its like playing crysis on a P2, 32mb ram and a Geforce 1

My refresh rate is and has always been 75

Aight i got a little plan, run the game in window mode, that way if it screws up it wont be so bad as ill have task manager right next to it, with ut3.exe highlited

Update: It did screw up but it had no side effects other 3d games run fine, and it hasnt caused all them funky errors, that happend before.
