Default Graphic Corruption Help

Right, I'm having a problem with Steam on my computer. And it's the only program that seems effected.

Here are two pictures of the problem:

Audiosurf:

Steam: Notice the launch button and some of the icons on the side.

So, what's causing this? Drivers? The programs themselves? My video card is dying?

Hi, have you tried updating your drivers?
Have you tried re-installing steam?
Has the graphical error only started recently? Or has it occurred since you first installed Steam.

It was just recently. Right after posting that I reinstalled my drivers in hope that that was the only problem. Turns out that was it.

It happened again. Apparently the driver update/reinstall only fixed it temporarily. I'm getting the same corruption and this time it happens with all steam games. Also, other games will randomly crash, but they run fine for a period of time. As well, Firefox will sometimes show some corruption but only after one of the before mentioned things occurs. Any ideas, I'm so confused. Could something be corrupting my video card drivers, because reinstalling them fixes it for a period of time.

Can you please download speedfan from my signature, and find your graphics card core temp? Sounds like you may have an overheating card.
