Not sure of your present situation, by this I mean, whoever built this rig probably went cheapo. Evidenced by the lack of a video card, a cheapo computer, normally means a low wattage power supply. What are the power Demands of the Card?, is there enough ?

The motherboard has onboard video, which has 64mb dedicated video memory. Other than that it has 2 PCI slots and a CNR port, which is strictly for networking if I remember correctly
