It could be when it heats up the fan bearings make the noise. when you hear the noise, stop you gpu fan and see if the noise goes away.

ok thanks, i doubt it due to the nature of the sound, i can pass the mouse over a button in steam and it makes the noise and when im off button the noies goes away, it only happens when you do something that demands high graphics card intervention, and when you exit the application or whatever the sound goes away straight away, if i play a game and the noise is present, i can press a+f4 and the noise goes away straight when the game is closed, il try anyway

ALSO: Whenever i press one of the lock keys (caps,num...) i get a horizontal line across the screen, in different places each time i press one of the keys

yes still the same, funny thing, on counter strike the lower the graphics settings, the louder the noise. anyway taking it to pc shop 2moro and il make them hear it and will fix it, hopefully ,i think its mobo now, but not sure, the suspects are motherboard, graphics card and psu, although i doubt its psu more than the others
