actually.... i dunno. maybe. see if you can find another set of RAM to try. its just possible its a memory possible. Maybe.

it wont work. your computer has DDR2 (240 pin) and the old computer will have either DDR (184 pin) or SDR SDRAM (168 pin) and they are not compatible. Hope this is it, im running out of ideas

okdoky, im hoping this aswell, as it will mean that the poor fps will be down to defficient ram and i wont need to send it away to xfx for inspection. Well the 10 minute test showed 96 passes, im going to conduct a more thurough test of 60 mins, i will also report those results, i would though i appreciate if you could tell me what you make of the "96 passes" as im not too sure what it meant, that was all it said.

When running the test i got an "GLUT:nvCplUI.exe-application error" it reads:
The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000", The memory could not be "read"

And the test is no more.

which memory test is that? That is an Nvidia display driver error. are you running an in-windows test (i.e. Prime 95) or an out of OS one (memtest x86)? Im guessing its an in windows app.
