Default video card or hard drive?

i have a 40gig hard drive in my pc now and a freaking low 16mb video card..
what do u prefer guys, i need something to boost the speed of my pc.. what i have in mind is to buy video card.. i could only choose one.. =( does memory of pc increases speed of computer..

if i buy the video card, is it much convenient than buying a hard drive?
please explain to me the pros and cons.. thanks!!

Hi,

Unless your hard drive is completely full, a better investment would be to buy more RAM. This is best way to boost your PC performance in terms of $$'s to return for your investment.
