Default [Answered] I realy need help with buying a new graphics card

thanks to any1 who will help but i have a acer aspire SA80 and its got 1gb ram 3.02 GHz processor with a SiS mirage 64mb graphics card and i need to know if i can upgrage it to better one which will run final fantasy 11, i have been looking at the nVidia GeForce FX5500 FX 5500 256MB and was wondering if it would be compatible please help thanks

Hi there and welcome to PC Help Forum

Your motherboard has an AGP graphics slot, so that card (AGP version) shouldn't be a problem. If I were you, I would consider a RAM upgrade at the same time, seeing as RAM is very cheap right now.

aslong as it has an AGP adapter and is compatible with ur Operating System... it should work
