Ive been looking at a Sager NP9261, It has 3 Video card options, All are nVidia and come in single or SLI. It has Geforce 7950, Geforce 8700 and Geforce 8800. I think the 2 major differences right off the bat are that the 8700 and 8800 are DX10 nad 7950 is DX9. Other then that what are the differences? Anybody have that laptop?Thanks.
if it is SLi, and you have the money to spend, then i would get the 8800s =D they are the best of the best. out of curiosity, are they 8800GT, GTS, or GTX. the GTX is the highest end graphics cards on the market, unparalleled power.
EDIT> oh i just realized you meant for a laptop. uh, still go with the 8800. it is still the fastest
8800 is a good card but won't be needed unless you are planning to game on this laptop. In which case why not buy a Desktop - much better gaming performance.
