Default Its this time of the year..

Its this time of the year, I plan to get some new hardware for my computer, Im planning to run with 2-3 Gigs of Ram, but in need of a video card, cheap, but very good.

Im looking for something between the mighty-we-all-want-to-be-free 0, and 220ish.

Any suggestions?
