most the AGP cards ive looked at seem to limit at around 500mhz clock speed, and are around £100 at the most, then i found this..

is this any good? i really want to play crysis (dont we all) and i dont want it to jump i know im limited not having PCIE what ya reckon?

also while im here are there any brands i should look out for/avoid?

will it make a big diff in your system? Depends on what
Motherboard/ Processor/Chipset/RAM you are running it on...I am not a big gamer-- but Video card is not the only consideration. It's a "team" operation.
It sometimes comes to a point where trying to get old hardware to play newer games is just not worth the money... you push everything you have to the utmost-- and it still does not play well. Why??
Because the newer games are designed for the new standards (PCIE)
VGA was invented in 1988 (!!) twenty years ago... an eternity in the tech age.

a Core2 duo 2.2 ghz
2 Gigs of fast RAM
Geforce 8800GTS w 640 MB Video Ram

there's just no way to approximate that kind of gear with a VGA system... in my opinion.

No mate AGP will still kick *** at crysis, i only have a 6200 AGP 8x and i ran crysis. Im not that impressed tho, my guy didnt have a kinife

And it was a bit lame i thought i was the only one with the super cool suit, but like 4 others had it too =[


That card you have will make mince meat of crysis, in the DX9 version, crysis has overrated system requirements, they arnt really as bad as most say.

I saw on one site that you had to have 4gb ram and a 512mbgraphics card minimum, so much for that ey? :P
