Hi so im new to this forum and it was given to me from a friend in a Counterstrike Source community. (Don't know if you guys allow advertising but its
Noob Galore » Gaming Evolved and its one of the biggest cs:s communities out there and its growing to other games like TF2.)
Anyways a few days ago my computer got reformatted due to some virus and hardware and also old operating system (Was using a mix of 2000 and xp and we decided to just make it xp finally) Ever since it was reformatted i can go into a cs:s server and get my usual 60-110 fps (My graphic card is a Nvidia Geforce 6200LE so this is good regular fps for me) After about 10 minutes or so in the server my fps would drop to 9-10 and would not go back up. Sometimes it could push the 20's but no further. At first i thought it was because of the choke which i was getting from 20-50 which i didnt used to get before the reformatting but then i was told how to fix that and so i did. Im still getting these fps issues though where it would drop to around 10 and stay there.. I dont know whats the problem because my fps in TF2 is from 30-50 at its regular and it doesnt change there. Any thoughts or ideas?
