Default Is my video card really that bad?

Im confused about a little test I did with 3DMark03. My friend has an HP laptop with a P4 3Ghz, 768 RAM running at 333 and an Nvidia 5700 Go. His PC got a score of 2700 on 3DMark03. So I decide to compare mine thinking that it would of course get a better score...WRONG, I got a 2200 score with 3DMark03 with my Nvidia 6200 OC 256. Is there a possibility there is something else in my PC that may be going out that is affecting the performance of my graphics card or does the 6200 OC just totally suck? Any help is much appreciated because thats just sad a **** laptop GO video card had better performance and frame rates than my 6200. Im embarassed.

P.S. My PC has an AMD 3200+ with 1GB of RAM running at 266 (yes I know I have PC2100 )

I think my processor is fine and I say that because my games and overall graphics use to work great and look great. Im not sure about the power supply though. Is it possible that the PS would have a major effect on my graphics performance?
