Hi mrvrx...PCI import device shouldn't have anything to do with it...
Wouldn't hurt to try and find drivers for it. If you update drivers and select from the Windows Update, this will work fine if MS know of the hardware signiture.

Hi mrvrx, sorry for my late responses - i've been at work all day.

Next step would be to update your sound card - i know many games that have problems with this.

Goto Creative Worldwide - Sound Blaster, MP3 Players, Speakers, Web Cameras and more. and download the latest for your SBLive! and give that a try.

Hi mrvrx, thanks for trying that.

Next thing to test is to make sure you have all the latest version of DirectX 9 and all the latest patches for Windows.

Goto Microsoft Windows Update and do the Custom option. Let it detect everything and then select all High Priority, Software and Hardware. It might take 2 or 3 times to get all of them downloaded and installed.
