well it specifically uses any card with a PCI slot and uses Windows Xp.

Welcome to the forum Well actually your PC has a PCI express socket not a standard PCI socket . Are you using the PC for gaming?

Well then you would probably get a card with a minimum of 256Mb of DDR3 or DDR2 ram.More ram for newer games.
