ok i just got a new tv card, its a Swann PCI TV Tuner Card version 1.01.

ok the problem is i cant get the remote to work i plugged the infared cable in at 1st i thought it was flat batterry bgut i changed it so im not sure... ive checked that the cable its plugged in the right slot so im stumped for ideas i installed software and all

if any1 could help would be gr8 thanks

it could be so many things man. does your remote have an activity light that shows its working when u press a button? are an other infared devises around it that may be disturbing it?
