Default Best PCI GFX Card Out There?

Well I have been using my integrated graphics for the longest and I think it's time to upgrade. Due to my horrid mobo, I'm limited to PCI. Can someone tell me what's the best PCI GFX card out there so far?

Specs are...
P4 @ 2.8 GHz
512 MB RAM
250W for my PSU

Thanks in advance!

HI sniperx, sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Unfortunately....there aren't all that any PCI cards out on the market, and the reality is that you're intergrated video card will most likely be equal to all out there.

yeah xxxsniper, the PCI bus total only has a max of 133MP/s your onboard graphics card probably has better bandwith.
