Default A problem that is driving me nuts, please help anyone.

Thanks for reading first off.
I have been having this problem for a while now and i have trying everything i can personally think of short of a new computer to fix it. Here is the run down
When i am on a game (tends to be newer game that have higher graphic output) i get a weird flickering on my screen after a few minutes. It is weird cause it is a solid color, normally black, in a triangle patern with the tip at the center of my screen. I thought it might be my monitor but i was able to take a screen shot, in the game Hitman Blood Money.

It is not the greatest example and i am sorry, but shows what i am talking about. You can see in the upper left part how the triangles show up. This is very frustrating. Generally this is followed by other video problems such as this one here.

You can see that the zoom is going out of where it should be. I have it set so it should be showing my PC stats but in case it doesn't here they are again.

Have you made sure the video and motherboard drivers, Windows and DirectX are up to date?

Other then that I'd say a heat problem, maybe the other pc has a better cooling/air flow? Test it with the side panel of the pc removed and a household fan blowing air directly on the card.

Thanks, i thought it might be a heat problem, cause i have taken off the side with no help, i will try putting a house fan on the side of the PC and see if that helps out.
If there are any other ideas please post, and i did update BIOS and drivers for everything
