Hi guioam,

When you boot up, do you have anything at all? If not, you may need to check that you have the card in properly. With graphics cards, there is a little clasp at the end that needs to be in. Very common mistake that i've been guilty of myself in the past!

Yeah i shows nothing at all just black. I am not sure where this clasp is. I think my motherboard might not have a clasp cause there is a sort of hook bit just to the right of the agp plug but it just sits there in the open.

howdy guioam,
The 4 pin should be plugged in, you should have an extra 4 pin insert.

Also will the computer turn off if you hold in the power button for 5 seconds?

I have a four pin connector dangling in my computer that the old graphics card used to use but this new one doesn't seem to have a place for the four pin to connect to. It does have that two pin thing that i don't know what is for but my computer doesn't have a two pin thing to give it.

I held it for five seconds and it did turn off.
