Default Hi, im looking to buy and install a graphics card and i have a couple of questions

I bought a AGP NVIDIA 256 MB geforce 5500 AGP and i had best buy install it for me.
Now its time to upgrade and this time i want to install it myself b/c it cost $40 for Best Buy to do it.

I plan on purchasing a SAPPHIRE 100148L Radeon X1600PRO 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Video Card from New Egg for $125.

Now, is this the best AGP videocard out there for this price. I dont want to spend no more than $150 total (includes tax/ship) and i have so far seen this as the best deal.

Is this card good enough to run games like F.E.A.R, BF 2, Doom 3, COD 2 at high settings (not max but high).

My other specs are
AMD Anthlon 3000+
1 gig ram (2x512 mb pc 3200)
160 gb hdd

Also, is this card easy to install and wil it work on my pc? I have an emachines T3025 - so will it be compatible? My other card installed fine so i guess this will too b/c its agp.

Also, how do i install the card. I read that i need to uninstall my nvidia drivers, take out the card, put in the new card, install the new ati drivers and im good to go. Is that correct? Im a noob with computers so if the directions i stated are correct, is this easy to install and easy for me to understand?

Thanks and i appreciate all help.
Sorry for all the questions too

Looks like a good deal to me , and yes you can run those games with it. But i would recommend to get also some more ram to get the most out of that card and youre processor , an extra gb would do very nicely.

Yup , that card will work just fine on youre pc. And you got the "procedure" correct. Just dont forget to press the little lever at the bottum of the card to release the card from its slot:

Now will this card give me a chance to play games like F.E.A.R, Battlefield 2, Call of Duty 2 on high settings or maybe even max?
I have
1 gig ram
AMD Athlon 3000+
and soon Sapphire x1600 pro 256 mb video card

Dont know if they'll run on max , but high settings shouldn't be a problem. But like i said , i would get some extra ram aswell.
