Default [Resolved] Graphics problem

Hi guys,

Ive got a problem, I cant see any movies, nor streams, anymore with my pc, not using WMP, and not using a program like divx, and I cant let other see my cam, I can see there's.

As soon as I do one of these things, my pc destabilizes, and the program I use for viewing (WMP, or MSN) uses 98% of my cpu, and I have to quit the program in taskmanager....

I have this problem since I reformated my pc, and bought a new graphics card, the XFX6600GT, so the problem could be the drivers, the graphicscard, or something in windows.... I tried reinstalling the videodrivers...

Please help me out...
