Default TV Tuner problem

Well, first of all i have an installed Phillips 7130 Tv tuner card. I lost the CD so i just got the drivers from the internet, and that was it. Then I download TVR. So heres my real proble. I have a satellite connection with 2 rooms. I have tvs in both rooms but i want TV on my computer. SO i buy a coaxial switch and seperates 1 line in 2. I take one line and plug it into my Tv tunner card into the Tv antenna socket. So far so good. Then i open TVR and go to channel 69. That being the default TV channel for my 2nd sattelite connection to function in. When i go there nothing comes up. Everything is fine on both tvs but nothing on the computer. I been stuck with this problem for too long. Can you guys please help, i would be very greatful.
