Welcome to PCHF Xtza, lets try help you out.

So I presume you have already connected a cable from your video card to your TV correct?

If so have you been through all the settings on your TV, - AV1, AV2 e.t.c?

If you have done all those things then you can try the following:

Open the display properties on your computer and click on the Geforce section.
Under troubleshooting there should be an option called "My Connected TV is not being detected" if you put a tick in the box and apply the settings it should prompt you to restart your PC.

Once restarted it should try to detect your TV.

Not sure if this will apply but found it on the Nvidia site:
Remove any device connected between the video card and TV (such as VCR) and power on the TV before booting up the system.
Right click on the desktop and select Properties, Settings, Advanced, nView Display Mode, Device Settings, Select Output Device and select TV

Default Ok Seems i found a solution to my own problem

At Least for Nvidia Graphics cards -
Left Click on desktop > Properties > Settings > advanced > Choose your Adapter with the "Nvidia" Tab > Video Overlay Settings >
Zoom Control : Should Be "Both"
Full Screen device : Should br "Secondary Device"
Hope this Helps Someone
