Hello there Ali2005.

What would you like to spent on the card? A radeon 9600 or 9800 isn't very expensive and a lot better.

yep I agree fully with joe. the ATI 9600xt is a great card and can play alot of games even doom3 and farcry!

http://www.newegg.com/OldVersion/app...125-124&depa=1

Dont be fooled just because the card say's 256 megs of ram, it might have it but its alot slower the the ATI 9600xt

i'm, not a Nvidia person, always been a ATI person myself, but it really depends on the amount of pipelines, the speed of the core and memory on the cards, not just the memory size.

For example the radeon 9600xt 256MB with for pipelines is slower than a 9800 pro with 128MB and 8 pipelines.

If you really feel wild buy a Radeon x800pro or XT. They Kick out graphics that you have never seen before.

I have a little tip, by your ATI cards from either Sapphire, Asus or HIS (aka hightech). I'v had lots of trouble with my Abit Radeon 9600XT, and have decided to by HIS x800pro like of should have bought in the first place

Hope this helped

Looks like you have an 4x AGP motherboard , so yes those AGP cards will work on youre machine but the 8x AGP wont run full speed.
