I TRIED ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS AND IT SAID UNISTALL SUCCESSFUL & I RESTARTED LIKE IT SAID BUT NO LUCK... IZ THERE A WAY TO PERMANTLY DELETE THIS PROGRAM... AND ALSO EVERY TIME I RIGHT CLICK ON ANY ICON ON MY DESKTOP I GET THIS MESSAGE:

Error loading resoures for: file not found
ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Hello S.C. King,you could always use Revo uninstaller. It is pretty straight forward,with easy instructions.
Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs, Solve uninstall problems
