Nero 8 *Burning A DVD Problem*

All of a Suddenly Today I Keep Getting This Power Calibration Problem While Trying to burn a DVD... Like earler today everything was fine. I burnt two movies, but later on today I cant burn anything.I tried Nero & another program I use sometimes to burn movies and they both say process failed within 2 mins of burning the movie, any suggestions?

Hi

Found this on the net:

on Desktop click Start
select Control Panel
click on Administrative Tools
click on Services
browse your way down to IMAPI CD BURNING COM SERVICE
right click (on IMAPI) then select properties
in the middle of the window, it will say start up type. Click on the arrow to the right and select disabled.
make sure you click APPLY

The power calibration is controlled by the burner, check that you have the latest firmware upgrade for it.

Also try different medias as this is what can be causing this, and a slower recording speed.

This should resolve the problem for you...
