I got a used PC from a friend and they have a program called CYBERsitter, and i am haveing problems removing it i understand that it is a corrupted spyware monitor that IS spyware it self, its not in add/remove programs, and not in program files folder

CyberSitter is parental filter software - not harmful to your PC at all AFAIK....
