Whenever i change the desktop Background,,,Most of the time it hangs these days.I dont know why.Then i use to open task manager and End( My documents or Any local disk from where i selected a picture for background) which shows as not responding....After that i put another background.
When it hangs,,It says --- Explorer.exe Application Error
Is there anyway to solve this ?

YOU create the disk that the instructions ask you to use. Does your PC not have this capability?
