Il mark this thread open so it attracts out highly skilled tech staff.

Have you tried exiting the program completely and tried opening internet explorer?

Well I think the first thing to try is go to the Control Panel - assuming XP, but Vista similar, go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Incredimail.

Let us know the result...........

Try this:

Click Start/Run/Browse and point it to C:/windows/explorer.exe, click Open, then OK...

This should start windows explorer for you..

When I tried it, it opened "my documents". I should also mention that "E" is my main drive and not "C".
I am using Windows XP

What happens if you run the PC in Safe Mode?

Restart the PC and press F8 repeatedly and select it when given the option.

When you login it should be the usual Explorer/Desktop view.

Then you can either try uninstalling it or if that's not possible, do a search (press Windows Key+F) for things like Incredimail or My Start.

And delete whatever comes up.

Also try clicking Star > Run and type in msconfig

Check the Services tab for Incredimail (tick the box for Hide All MS Services)

And then check the Startup tab. Click Apply > OK and restart.
