So i cant install any game, and i did some google-ing and i tried some stuff , but nothing helped....so when i try to install any game i get this message:

I think it is install shield problem , i tried reinstalling it , not helped...

I neeeed to install few games so i need help ...

Have you tries contacting Bethesda Softworks about this problem with Oblivion?

They will be the best best, as this is normal procedure for software that you have paid for...

its not problem in oblivion...this is just example of error, all of my games dont work...it is install shield problem...

i looked for help on bethesda forum , they gave few advices , but nothing worked...so i came here to pros

First thing delete all your temp files. Second does a uninstall appear in add remove or is there one in the directory?
Next fire up regedit and look at
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\RunOnce] tell us what it says if it refers to the game delete the key

Go to following registry Key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Se ssion Manager

2) Open PendingFileRenameOperations key. - Check data. It shows file name that will be renamed when you reboot.
a) Delete PendingFileRenameOperations key and run installation, if the file pointed by the above key doesn't exist.
b) If file exist, it means you should reboot the machine at least once and if you still get the message after reboot, you can delete the key.

Failing that try a system restore to before you installed the game
