Default video playback help

not sure if this is the right place to ask but I just got my laptop back from the shop for repairs and since it came back my videos will only play in about a quater of the screen what ever program I use heres what I mean




any idea on how to fix this problemas all my video players are doing this

thats the thing on the screen it does not look like it does in that pic if it did it would be good but the bottom black line is massive and the picture is in the top 1 quater of the screen with a small black line at the top

I have used real player wmp vlc media player classic and they are all the same and this happens on every video no matter if its hd or normal or widescreen or not

Dump Real Player and set all films to be associated with VLC Player.
