With the amount of machines involved in this fiasco this issue is bound to be raised again I feel sure, so unless DCiAdmin or Hengis have objections I will Sticky this.

So, they sold you a Notebook without a recovery option, and they ask you to pay for it..

..how much if I may?

Creative did the same thing with my X-Fi Platinum: No drivers for Vista, if you wanted them, you had to pay for the CD (the media, not the software, something like 5€...)
