dreamspark is a program in that gives access to a number of paid software for free to students around the globe. You can be in school/college or uni. As long as your school/college/uni is a verified!

The main software your eligible to download are: Visual studio professional; Microsoft Expression Studio (similar to dreamweaver/photoshop but better in my opinion); Windows Server 2008 r2 standard and much more

There are also training and other little goodies.

All you have to do is head over to http://dreamspark.com/ You most likely will need to login with your college email address no matter if it is using hotmail or not. There are other ways of getting verified as a student and having access to the dreamspark program.

Yeah it definitely is. Especially when your doing a web design course and having free access to Microsoft Expression

We were talking about this in my ASP.net programming class Wednesday night. Awesome! If you are a member of the Association For Computing Machinery (which I happen to be a member of ) you can download all this software completely free.

You may find that your college also has MSDN:AA, this will allow you to download operating systems and basically all MS products. I really need to ask my college to register

Even better, where about would i need to go to check if my college is? Id love the office 2007 kit and few other products?
