I Dont know if this is the right place to post this but i bought a usb cord for my phone and i connect it to the pc and it said it installed all the software from windows update but idk how to use ne thing nothing comes up i know my phone went to USB Modem Setting i do not have a memory card for my phone idk if thats the problem or not. but when i connect the cord to pc it makes like a beep noise and thats it.. any ideas how to use this thing like to get pics off my phone and vice versa? Thnx

I Belive it was LG CDMA.. when i plug it in and look in device manager it says... LGE Mobile Composite USB Device.. The phone is a LG 260

The LG CDMA is the device type that your computer is recognizing your phone as.

You still need to locate the PC Sync software appropriate for your phone. I've searched a short bit but have not yet located anything for you.

I'll continue looking.

You could try this page from Nextel/Sprint.

I don't see your model here, however you might want to double check me. However, they do offer software for LG CDMA phones.

This option from Microsoft also came up as a choice.

Other than that, I'm not finding anything.....

well now when i plug it in it on my phone it says Insert vsupported memory card... i guess i need a card idk y it would matter....


i downloaded that program and when i click find phone i was... Found Other CDMA Phone on COM5 w.e that means!?

i just called LG and the said i have to have an memory card in order for my pc to regconize it. well thnx for all the help anyways.
