I installed a bluetooth device on windows xp service pack 2.
the problem is when I click on SETTINGS, this picture shows up:

and I can't access the settings.
I am not sure if this the right forum to ask for a solution for my problem.

Hi
Did you install any proprietary software/drivers for your bluetooth, or the Microsoft stack? I remember that there was an issue with HP bluetooth, and the HP software had to be removed...maybe you problem is related. I have also installed on my systems different Bluetooth devices, and even though only 1 of the 4 is from HP, had to do some work to get them functioning more or less properly.
