I need to use speed fan to determine wether my computer crashes while playing high graphics games is due to overheating. i know how to enable a log with speed fan and i can locate the log but i cant understand it as it is just a list of 5 digit numbers. Has anyone ever used this before who can help me?

It wouldnt let me attach the excel file so ive copied and pasted all the text from the file, i started up a high graphics game then minimised the game and ticked the enable log button in speed fan, maximised the game and played till crash. Below is all the information contained in the file SFLog20090717 which i am guessing is the log as it only appeared after ticking the enable log button:

Did you get any temperture logs at all?

ive attached a picture of the folder for spped fan, in the last message is the contents of 'SFLog20090717'
