Default saving all movies to hard drive

i have another idea. when i burn my personal movies, whats the best way to save them to my hard drive, keep a library of them. then use my pc and play back these movies this way using windows media center.
presently i use dvd fab 5.

Hi bari,
I'm unfamiliar with the program you're using, so have to ask what options are available at the burn screen?

Is there an option to burn your movies to an image file?
These could then be watched on your pc without having to create a DVD
