LOL, that's OK, it happens.

Regarding that BSOD, and the clock, something is definitely not right. Could you please post the info on the BSOD so we can see if it has any clues. It certainly shouldn't have been caused by your changing your desktop settings.

I forgot where i look to see the details on Bsod's....and i dont have it set to let it hang, it just restarts.

The auto arrange didnt help though. Although i still have not done it the way you said to. Ill do that right now and post back if it works.

Yea i meant the Bsod. I know theres a setting that will let it stay there instead of automatically rebooting.

Anyway it seems to be working now, ive played a few games and woken my PC up and they stay in place. Im actually dealing with a virus that CHiaz is helping me out on.

Actually, until you have been cleared by the Security Team, you should not be working on anything else. Your mysterious icon issue could very well be malware related, as could any number of other issues. Please wait until you have been cleared from that thread by Chiaz before posting on any other issue.

I think im all cleared up now, im waiting to do a Panda Scan and have Chiaz reply to my last Hijackthis log but he's sure im all good.

You said you posted a link on how to look up the Bsod error but i didnt find a link in your post. If you mean the minidump folder ive checked it and it was empty.

Like i said ive played some games and woken my pc and the icons are staying in their right spot. So thanks for all the help!

I do still have the problem with my clock going back 3 hours though. Kind of the same deal with the icons, its not a huge problem just annoying.

EDIT: Ha im stupid! I did a Google search about the clock thing (which i should've done in the first place) and a thread from this forum popped up. I put Pacific Time instead of Eastern. Go ahead and make fun of me, i know i would.
