Ok thank you, am i missing some sort of program or a certain DEP control?
i noticed that Safari still gets crashed by DEP even though DEP has safari as its ONLY exception. Is there some sort of fake DEP (like a rouge anti-virus) |

Try disabling UAC then trying to disable DEP.

that didn't work.. my very last resort is restarting my computer completely, but i don't wanna lose everything i have, so i'm planning on either burning my data into discs (DVD) or buying an external hard drive..

DIIRE, thank you for all your support, i found out after a bit of research that the program is actually called BCDedit.exe which is also widely confused with BCedit.exe which is nonexistent.
i just entered the command and i will re-boot my computer in an hour or so. if anything i will report back. |
