Hey Guys,
I have a minor problem, please help me out

Recently i upgraded my Operating System and I am using Windows XP
After Upgrading OS i saw there is not sound drive in my computer
So i Installed Realtek after installing i restared my PC but still there is no sound drive i can see
So anyone will tell me how to install it please
