Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me; my pc used to belong to a Russian guy & he had some aspects of it set up in Russian.
I recently tried to open a file with WinRAR & all of the text was in Russian, I spoke to him about it & he suggested that I change the non-unicode language settings back into English, which I did, I also restarted the computer when it prompted me to, but now there doesn't appear to be any language set at all; all of the text has been replaced with lots of question marks, eg. ??????????

Can anybody tell me how to rectify this?

First things first, have you uninstalled winrar and installed the latest version from the internet?

If not, could you please give that a try and if it does not work post back and we can try some other things!
