On the Tool Bar - select Page then Text Size.
It should retain your chosen settings. (It does on my PC)
Are you saying that option doesn't work?

Yeah that dont work.....The text side is already in normal, most site I view is normal text size, just some some have very small text.

But surely that is normal. Most sites I visit have "normal" text but some have very small text ('cos of the web designers). In that I case I make the text larger as described earlier.

Awwww.... No, as you can see in my example pic it isn't. It probably has to do with the type of code that is used in that kind of text, that my IE is screwing up.

Okay - let's do this:
In IE select Tools - Internet Options - (tab) Advanced - Reset being aware of the warnings it gives. It just resets IE back to factory defaults

Not sure if this is a possiblity or not, but malware can do some odd things. If you wish to pursue that avenue, I've got a link to the PCHF PreWork in my signature line. That is a great tool for starting the removal of any nasties that might be on your system. You could post the resulting logs directly into this thread for review by the Security team.
