I recently purchased a Hewlit Packard PC that seems to be a nice unit, however after a few days of using it the Microsoft media player is not working. I can here it, but can't see it.
Have already tried all of the right click options without any results. Also tried downloading another media player from the Microsoft website, which is not possible to do either.
Any ideas on what to do before I return the PC?

Hi Don,
By not being able to see it I assume you mean unable to view the video, and that audio playback is working just fine. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it usually indicates that you're either missing a required codec, or the file is possibly corrupted. Try playing it back in VLC: VLC media player - Open Source Multimedia Framework and Player
