Problem With Drivers
The sound has stopped working on my computer and when I try to listen to music in WMP it says no drivers are installed but when try to reload the SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio Driver it keeps saying Installation Failed. And I have completely removed the driver already from the PC. Also when I try to re-install my Zune 3.1 software it keeps getting the error RemoveDriver. What is wrong

Hi agentG if this happened recently the first thing to try would be a system restore to the day before it happened.
Through the All Programs menu: 1. Click Start. 2. Point to All Programs. 3. Point to Accessories. 4. Point to System Tools. 5. Click System Restore. 6. Follow the instructions on the wizard. |

Try booting the PC up in safe mode by tapping F8 at post boot once booted go in to device manager and remove all sound devices and reboot in to normal mode it say on entering windows found new hardware and reinstall the drivers

So there are no devices in device manger at all? Also did you check device manager in safe mode? It will display different to normal mode
