Default Converting .mov to DVD

Hi all,

Long time no see. Well, I have a pretty major court trial coming up and the technology department at the courthouse has been less than helpful. I have a lot of video evidence I need to present at this trial, CRITICAL video evidence, and all I will have at my disposal is a standard television and a vanilla dvd player.

I have all of the video evidence on a flash drive right now, it was recorded with a digital camera that encoded it in .mov format. I know jack about video editing and conversion, so I'm hoping you fellas and ladies here might be able to help me.

What I want to do is take these videos , put them in a format that's readable by a dvd player, and then burn them on a DVD - RW , which should work with a dvd player, right?

I have some DVD R and DVD RW blanks by verbatim , I don't have the funds to go out and buy more at the moment.

Thanks in advance.

Go here and get ConvertXtoDVD this will convert your .mov files to a playable dvd format with a menu system.

It's going to be worth it to you in the long if you can get the money to pay for the full version, as it will have a watermark tag on the disk...

Alright... I'll give it a shot. Should I edit the videos all into one long one or will it be able to discern between separate tracks?

Remember I'm a total nubbins here when it comes to this.

23 today, w00t.

You can combine them all into a long file, or you can do them as single files this would probably be the best method for you to do.

The menu system uses the file name so rename them to something meaningful and clear.

Here's the link to the manual as well: http://download.vso-software.fr/manu...VD3_manual.pdf

Happy 23rd day mate have a good one...
