Hello guys,
I am after picking someones brains please.
I have flash player 10 installed on our computer (running xp). My wife has decided to carry on with a computer course which she started a couple of years ago.
When she loads the disk it says "loading Flash player 6. when this is complete restart your computer after removing disk. When restarted re insert disk and course modules will run automatically.
What actually happens is after restarting computer is the same "loading flash player 6" screen pops up and we have no access to modules.
Any ideas flash guru's. Should the disk not run and look for a flash player 6 or above and then recognising that there is one installed run the course module?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks
Kev

It could be because you're attempting to upgrade from a newer version in which case you would most likely need to uninstall Flash Player from add or remove programs menu first before running the Flash setup on the disk.
