Hello. First of all, sorry for my English.
I have bought Voice Changer 6.0 Diamond as I need to use one celebrity voice for one clip. But whenever I open it and begin to use, when I click to open Comparator the computer or program gets frozen and I have to restart whole computer or just this program. Could someone please help me what could I do about it?

Not too familiar with this particular software, but these can be very difficult to diagnose, as there is no particular error message to point us in the right direction. However, this doesn't appear to be a *known* issue with this particular software. Are you running the demo, or did you buy the full version?

Hardware compatibility issues are possible. Ensure that you have enough free disk space on your PC (software requires free space available to operate), sound card must be full-duplex, you must have a 2.4ghz CPU or above, and a minimum of Service Pack 2 installed if your running Windows XP. Software does not work in 64 bit Operating Systems.

If your PC meets the minimum hardware requirements, it may be some conflict with 3rd party software, or something in your profile causing the problem. In these cases, it's often a process of elimination. One thing you can do is create a new user account by going to Control Panel, User Accounts. Log Off, and back on again to your new account, and see if you have the same problem.
