Hard Drive Back Up/ Sync Software?

Evening all.

I keep all my music on an additional HDD installed in my machine but also like to keep a complete back up on an external drive.
It can be quite a pain in the *** to go in and have to check whats on which drive.

Is there any software that'll sync the two drives and update any additional files to ensure they both show the same directories etc?
